Aerobics Classes

Tai Chi

A blend of Tai Chi and Chi Gung. Learn how components of each method combine for an effective exercise system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and better balance. the series of exercises and movements are practiced for increased strength, flexibility, and improved posture. Chi Guong will be the first 30 minutes. Come for one

A workout designed to trim, tighten, and tone your entire body with a mix of yoga, Pilates, and barre. A combination of mind and body exercises with the benefits of strength, balance, and flexibility!

Vinyasa Yoga

Class Time: 4:45PM to 5:30PM

All Abs

30 minute class with your bore being the target. The focus is to strengthen and tone your entire core with a 20 minute ab tightening workout, followed by 10 minutes of stretching.

Silver Splash
