Aerobics Classes


Aqua Strength

Harness more water power in a fully aquatic strength training and conditioning class. Push, pull, and press against the natural resistance of water, and then add exercise equipment to take your power to the next level.

Class Days: Monday, Thursday
Class Time: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Aqua Core

Strengthen your core and increase flexibility while experiencing a nearly gravity free workout. Water resistance with and without equipment gives a total body workout - core, cardio, flexibility, and balance.

Class Days: Tuesday

Xtreme Chaos

Ready to push yourself to the max? If so, Xtreme Chaos is for you! You'll never know what to expect, but each class is guaranteed to have you asking, "Can I do it?"

Class Days: Monday, Wednesday
Class Time: 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM

Tread & Shred

Utilize the treadmill for total body strength training. This 30 minute class takes place solely on the treadmill. Workouts are geared to help you become a stronger and faster jogger/runner by focusing on speed, incline, endurance, and proper recovery. Space is limited - show up early for class to ensure a spot!

Class Days: Monday
Class Time: 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Strictly Strength

Strength focused resistance workouts. Each class is based around the 7 fundamental human movements: Push. Pull. Squat. Lunge. Hinge. Rotation. Gait.

Class Days: Thursday

SHRED

Alternate an intense cycling routine with jogging/running to keep your body guessing. Top off the class with a nice stretch and cool down. Add this to your weekly schedule and you will not be disappointed.

Class Days: Thursday

Rip & Ride

Effectively train every part of your body. Get "ripped" and ride the spin bike in one workout. Off the bike exercises and weights followed by cycling will help you get the most "bang for your buck".

Class Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

K-30

An accelerated class that packs 60 minutes of interval training into 30 minutes. Weights, calisthenics, bod weight exercises, and cardo address the entire body.

Class Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

HYPE

Athletic performance training focused on everything from strength and conditioning, speed, mobility, agility, flexibility, and explosiveness.

Class Days: Tuesday
Class Time: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Foam Roll/Stretch

Foam rolling is a physical therapy tool for injury prevention and postural alignment. Our class is designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle stiffness, speed up recovery, and alleviates aches and pains.

Class Days: Wednesday
