Aerobics Classes

All Abs

30 minute class with your bore being the target. The focus is to strengthen and tone your entire core with a 20 minute ab tightening workout, followed by 10 minutes of stretching.

Power H2O

Class Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Class Time: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Silver Splash

Start your morning off right by joining our low impact shallow water class. Help boost your agility, range of motion, joint flexibility, and improve muscle strength. Encouraged for those who are new to exercise or are recovering from injuries.

Class Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Class Time: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Hydro Blast

Higher intensity class located in the deep area of the pool. Geared toward participants looking for a full cardiovascular workout. A variety of equipment is used to increase endurance, power, and strength. (Flotation equipment is provided.)

Class Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Class Time: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM


Sweat. Sculpt. Rock. Full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Line Dancing

Class Days: Monday
Class Time: 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM


Strength training uses an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body.

Class Days: Saturday

Yoga Flow

Provides poses ranging from gentle to challenging, but done with stable, self-centering energy. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment and maintained balance of slow breathing. All fitness levels are welcome.

Class Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Class Time: Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 PM Wednesday 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Total Body

A mix of interval training, cardio, and plyometrics. Every day is a new adventure in this class. Come see if your up for the challenge.

Silver Sneakers

Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Class incorporates dumbbells, elastic tubing, and a Silver Sneakers ball into the workout routine. Chairs are provided for support.

Class Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
