A mix of interval training, cardio, and plyometrics. Every day is a new adventure in this class. Come see if your up for the challenge.

Additional Details: Total Body is a high intensity full-body workout that combines strength & endurance through a combination of calisthenics, core, interval training plyometric exercises, and muscle conditioning. These workouts range from circuit style to timed rounds that kick start your cardio to creative muscle building exercising using a variety of equipment or none at all! Choose from a full 60min class in the morning or a complete 45min class at night. Each class brings its own challenges, no two classes are the same!
